We have a diverse range of workshops coming up in February at the hub. First aid for babies and children, canine carnivore nutrition, listening skills and an introduction to journal writing.
As the hub is small (but perfectly formed!) only 8 places available on each of these workshops so booking is essential if you want to come.

Paeadiatric First Aid with Sean Whittle of Dales Training
An introductory workshop on basic first aid for babies and children, what you can do at home and when you should see a doctor.
Friday 10th February 10am-12 noon
Canine Carnivore Nutrition with Joy Waddington
Joy will be doing a short introduction to carnivore nutrition for dogs. She will be talking about the benefits of raw meat, bones and tripe.
Wednesday 15th February 10am - 12noon
Listening Skills with Jane Cotton
Jane will be doing a workshop on listening skills and how you can use this knowledge to communicate more clearly and get your message accross.
Wednesday 22nd February 6 - 8pm
Introduction to Journal Writing
Joy Waddington has a background in counselling and also has run courses in journal writing for a range of creative and therapeutic uses. This workshops will introduce a few journal writing techniques, if you like this, Joy will be running a longer course in April and May over 4 three-hour sessions.
